The Caribou Room and the Barrel Room are both located at Interstate Music at W136N5285 Campbell Dr., Menomonee Falls, WI, 53051.
Guests can park in the front parking lot (blue Venue Parking on the map) of the Caribou Room. Additional parking can be found in neighboring lots.
Since we record most of our events for artist content, we’d ask that you keep your volume to a minimum during songs to optimize our recording. Cheering? Great. Heckling? Never.
No, most shows at our venue are for 21+. However, this may not be the case for private events or shows not booked by Interstate Music. Check your event’s page for age limit information.

Tickets are available for purchase through Eventbrite. You can access an event’s page through our website or social media links, or on Eventbrite by searching for the artist or Interstate Music.
Please note that certain events, such as fundraisers, may use a different ticketing system.
Yes. To ensure that we do not exceed venue capacity, guests must RSVP for free events.
Yes. Events listed on Eventbrite can be refunded up to 7 days before the event.
Refund options will become available for canceled or postponed shows.

An Eventbrite account is automatically created with the associated email when buying tickets.

The Caribou Room Fan Loyalty Program is a limited-availability, multi-tiered, paid membership that gets you access to eligible Caribou Room shows, drink tickets, artist-signed posters, and more.
Interstate Music does not provide food for events. However, private and hosted events can bring or prepare food for their event.
Both venue spaces have a fully stocked bar with a variety of beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
